Technically, it's been about six days, but who's counting? Nothing too fancy today, I thought I'd keep it simple. I bought this bustier at the Aritzia warehouse sale and completely forgot about it, as per usual. Since I've been noticing a lot of black and blue colour combinations in magazines, I thought I'd try it out for myself. Lately, I've been testing my will power (or lack thereof) by going into shops and seeing if I can resist from buying and so far, so good! We'll see how I'm faring in about a week. I think that's when I'll start to hate myself.

I wore a similar style the other day - black is such a slimming color, but it's also ideal for adding fun accessories - I topped my look with a smoky colored scarf.
I think you're doing great with your shopping ban - and testing yourself is always fun. I have a problem where I visit different shop websites each day, which makes me want to spend money. I like your idea...if I buy the La Mer watch, you can wear it vicariously through me! :)

You can do it! Please do keep in mind what I said about having one indulgence category (like makeup or magazines). It helped me make it through 5 months without going crazy and without binging at the end of my shopping ban. Good luck! We're rooting for you. =)
