pour me a heavy dose of atmosphere

Sweater: H&M, Shorts: Club Monaco, Tights: American Apparel, Shoes: Loeffler Randall

I love the sequined shoulders of this sweater along with its particular shade of grey. I'm a sucker for all things monochromatic. If you didn't notice in my last post concluding Mission: Impossible (my 40-day shopping ban), my shopping du jour was a massive pile of clothes in shades of black, white and grey. I say I can't help it, but I can, I just don't want to. These Loeffler Randall ankle boots are my favourite purchase from Barney's in LA. I almost didn't buy them, but I couldn't resist the tri-coloured suede.

I really love this look!! I wish I could sport some shorts.. but my body isn't in the shape for short sportin.. not yet at least.. I used to love wearing shorts (in my younger years.. ha ha)... Your shoes are magnificent. Must steal them, hee hee.. but I'm sure your feet are teeny. (i'm an 8).. hope you're having a beautiful day Nicole.

Oh Nicole, I almost bought a similar sweater to that at Forever 21 last week...now I wish I had! The sequins on the shoulders are perfect - and it looks A-MA-ZING with those shorts! Tailored shorts are my favorite right now!! :)

those shoes are SUCH a great buy! don't you love those "nearly didn't" items? thank goodness you had the common sense to pick them up. Paired with those leggings, it's to die for.

notice how I didn't once say "Great Look" or "love it"?

Re Burberry and Emma Watson: she makes those trenches look even BETTER than when they were on the runway. how does she do that? the purple one is super pretty but if i were buying one, I'd probably get a khaki coloured one too.

did you check out the sexy surfers yet on my blog? i'm surprised you haven't commented on that, you comment whore =D (jk, love ya)
